Go to create leagues and events: https://coach.matchspace.co/addevents

Select 'Yes' when asked if you want to charge for entry

Decide whether you would like to charge for each individual league entry or take one payment for multiple league entries.

Input the fees you wish to charge for entry.

Continue through the league setup to publish event.
